Exchanges between Mentors and Youths is a key component of our vision. Our alliance connects youths with professionals and experts of different fields and countries. We believe the exchange and exposure will develop their professional skills, further their personal development, and enhance their careers.

Our work includes guiding youths towards internships at established businesses internationally, providing insights into international development and professional opportunities, giving them a greater selection of professional options in their careers.

We also hope to help youths understand the opportunities available in Mainland China, particularly the Greater Bay Area. We will look to guide them through understanding the Greater Bay Area's business environment, local government policies, business registration procedures, and relevant administrative requirements.
